Due to the privacy needs of our clientele, we do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about clients or the work which we perform for them. Elite has provided a variety of services to a home in McLean, VA over the past 5 years. The service to this 10,000 square foot home began with the rewiring of the lighting throughout the entire home. Not long after this project was complete, Elite installed a whole house backup generator and has performed general maintenance on this generator as needed since its installation. As the family in this home continued to grow, Elite provided all electrical work needed for an attic conversion in which the attic was converted into multiple bedrooms to accommodate the quickly growing family. Elite is currently in the process providing custom lighting for an outside addition and landscaping renovation, and in the future, will be taking on a main floor kitchen renovation as well.
Elite installed custom, imported European lighting in a highly regarded Reston Town Center Penthouse. When the penthouse was purchased, Elite was hired to completely renovate all of the lighting. We worked closely with the estate manager to ensure the completed product was exactly what the owner wanted.
An electrical remodel of a 12,000 square foot home in McLean is a current and ongoing project for Elite. So far, the remodel includes a complete security system upgrade, home theater, motorized window shades, backup power integration, and other miscellaneous work. The security system upgrade included the installation of PZT (Pan Zoom Tilt) cameras, hard and soft touch panel locations, and whole house audio/video surveillance. The home theater remodel included a 150 inch projection screen TV, (2) 70 inch flat screens, multiple 24 inch HD touch screens for integration, home automation, and a lighting upgrade.
Elite performed and completed ALL electrical services for a brand new, custom built 8,000 square foot home in McLean. This work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a backup generator, all electrical rough-in work, low voltage wiring, custom lighting including the installation of imported European lighting, and landscape lighting.
Elite is currently the electrical contractor performing all electrical work for a 30,000 square foot custom home in Bethesda, MD that is in the process of being constructed. This is a residential home with commercial style construction including a three-phase service with a 1200 amp switch.* Elite will provide and install a 150kW RES Kohler generator, and complete all wiring and lighting for the pool, loggia, and tennis courts.
* There are a minute number of 1200 amp switches installed in residential homes in the US, and Elite was the first Electrical Contractor on record to have installed a 1200 amp CH switch in a residential home.
